Plaintiff Gina L. Morton (Morton) appeals from a decision of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County. The court entered summary judgment in favor of the defendant, M-W-M, Inc. (M-W-M), owner of Burger King Franchise No. 1666 in Great Falls, Montana, after concluding that there were no disputed issues of fact and that an agent at the companys franchise had good cause to terminate Mortons employment as an assistant manager. We reverse and remand.
